We personally want to say thank you to all of our patients and families for your patience the past two weeks as we started our new system. We know it's been bumpy but every day is getting smoother. Just a reminder that we are by appointment only. Given sick season is in full swing, walk-ins will not be seen until the appointment time you are scheduled for. This is to keep wait times low.

We do have a new patient portal that you can schedule, re-schedule, and cancel your own appointments; you can view your child's visits, prescriptions prescribed, lab results; pay your bill and so much more. You also have the ability to do 
self check-in which will decrease the amount of time you have to wait before you are seen. We have attached a link that will take you to our Patient Registration Form that can give you access to the new portal. Once submitted, we will register your child in our new system and send you an e-mail link for the portal. We ask one form per child.

One of the limitations of this portal is we can only register one family member. Your other children will be marked 'no email'. There is good news though! Once you register for the portal you do have the ability to add your other children under "My Profile". Once you click "My Profile", choose "Family Access", and then Add Patient. Did ya know that you can make a payment online? With the QuickPay Portal, it's easy to pay your bill! We have attached easy directions and a statement example where you can find your QuickPay code. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at 662-329-2955. (Please note, if your statement doesn't look like the statement attached, you will need to send payment by mail, in person, or we can take a card over the phone)
